Dexcom G7 (10-day and 15-day)

1Keep the box. The serial number the maker asks for is printed on it. We suggest keeping the box until your case is closed.
2Find the serial number (SN)
  • It's the 12 digits after “21”.
  • Side of the sensor box: 4th number up from the bottom.
  • Back of the applicator: 2nd number from the bottom.
  • In the Dexcom app's settings.
  • On a receiver: Menu > Information > Sensor > Session Info.
3Ask Dexcom for a replacement. Dexcom says a sensor confirmed as a product failure during its intended wear (up to 10 days for G7, up to 15 days for G7 15 Day) is replaced, and Tech Support reviews each case. They ask you to contact them as soon as possible.

Dexcom phone hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Bought it from Spare? Tell us too. Text a photo of the box to (888) 604-0655, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET. We'll pull up your order details so you have them ready for the maker.
